Lightbulb Experiential response campaign
For John Maxwell's Leadership Open 2016, we wanted to craft a special presentation for the attendees to hear about the vision of the future, and become a part of the story. We crafted a special video telling the story of the last 20 years that ended with a live element on stage. After the video, attendees were given the opportunity to come forward and place their lightbulb in an area of the world as a symbol of their donation of resources and time to see the light of transformation brought to those cities and people.

This special awards were created for Leadership Open 2016 to honor the legacy of years given to the Great Commission. Crafted with Live edge maple ambrosia, inlayed with copper and authentic Great Commission Bible Leaf from the KJV 1600's. Plaque made of stone. This is a one of a kind piece.

Interactive MAP - "Unlocking Transformation Around the World"
Attendees were coming from all over the world to gather together under the vision and mission of EQUIP. They had all contributed a significant amount of resources and time to investing in different areas of the world, so we wanted a way to display their impact. This piece sat in the lobby of check-in as an interactive way for guests to show how they have unlocked transformation around the world. They took a key with a tag and wrote their name on every area of the world that their hands have touched with the EQUIP mission.
We then used this piece during the conference opening session as stage design combined with a live worship video where the attendee keys were removed and light shined through the back to show the impact around the world!
Custom "Unlocked" Door Awards
These 175 special awards were custom made to thank all the donors who had given resources towards the mission and connect attendees back to the vision of the event.
